Every 100 Pearls take $5 off your pieces. At Chiffon that is 5% back on what you spend; at Couture, 10%.
Early access

From Satin upwards, new collections open to you 48 hours before they open to everyone; at Couture, 72 hours.

Pearls from an order are counted on what you pay for your pieces, after any discount and after Pearls used; delivery, duties and taxes are not part of it. They are pending until the order is settled: for a made-to-measure piece that is when it is dispatched, for every other piece 14 days after it is delivered.
Using your Pearls
- Choose how many to use at the bag or at checkout, in blocks of 100 ($5).
- On one order you can use up to 50% of the value of your pieces, and never more than 1,000 Pearls ($50).
- The minimum order of $70 is counted before Pearls are taken off.
- Pearls come off your pieces. They cannot pay for delivery, DHL Express, duties or taxes.
- Pearls and a promotional code cannot be used on the same order.
- If an order is cancelled, the Pearls used on it come back to you. If you return a piece, the Pearls it earned are taken back and its share of the Pearls you used is returned.

How tiers move
- You move up the moment your spend reaches the next tier, and a new tier year begins that day.
- A tier, once reached, is yours for at least 365 days. If a tier was reached with pieces you then returned, it goes back to the one you had.
- When your tier year ends we look at your last 365 days again. If your spend is lower than your tier asks, you move down by one tier, never more, and a new tier year begins.
