Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If a standard-size piece is not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their tags.
• Made-to-measure pieces are made for you alone and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a fault or the fit is not as ordered, contact us and we will put it right.
• For hygiene reasons, hijabs and prayer wear can only be returned unopened.

How to return

Write to us with your order number and the pieces you wish to return. We will send instructions, and refund your original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
