What we collect

• Account and order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and order history.
• Body measurements, if you choose to provide them for made-to-measure orders or save them to your account. They are used only to make your garments and are visible only to you and our atelier team. You can delete saved measurements at any time from your account.
• Photos, if you choose to attach them to a made-to-measure order. They are stored privately, seen only by our atelier team, and used only to make that order. To help adjust your pattern, your measurements and photos may be read by an AI assistant (Claude, provided by Anthropic) acting on our instructions; it does not use them for any other purpose. You can ask us to delete your photos at any time.
• Payment: payments are processed by our payment providers. Card details are entered on their secure pages; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: with your consent, analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, provide customer care, and, where you have opted in, to send you news and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your account information at any time, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. To make a request, contact us.
