Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in its price or description, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Where prices are shown in a currency other than US dollars, they are converted at our current exchange rate. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Made-to-measure orders

Made-to-measure pieces are produced from the measurements you provide. Please check them carefully before ordering.
