To your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods ("goods") from the Annah Hariri web site at www.annahariri.com (the "website").
The website and goods are provided by Annah Hariri, a company registered in Dubai (UAE)  under Name:  ANNAH HARIRI FASHIONS EST & in Turkey under Name:  Hariri Group Tekstil LTD Sti.  ("we", "us", "our"), When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the website and purchaser of goods.
These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this website.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the website and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

* The Agreement and these Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Turkey.

* Unless any alternative dispute resolution procedure is agreed between the parties, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Turkey in respect of any dispute which arises out of or under this Agreement.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND THE GOODS
This part sets out some terms about information on the website, descriptions of goods and how you use the website.
Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the website. By placing your order with us, you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions and also agree to the notices and disclaimers.
We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.
You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:
The colours which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors – including your display settings;
  • All sizes and measurements are approximate;
  • All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order;
  • Any delivery estimates given on the website or by email are estimates only;
  • The goods and promotions which are offered on the website may not be available in-store, and vice-versa.
You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.
PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE
This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the website.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:
  • Adding product to your shopping basket
  • Enter login details
  • Enter billing address details
  • Enter delivery address details
  • Confirmation of order
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.
This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.
All prices and charges on the website are in the currency appropriate for the country selected at the top right hand corner of the website: UAE Dirhams or us dollars. Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and these will be displayed in the order process. All prices are, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of vat and other applicable taxes.
DELIVERY
We would like to advise that we have two types of shipping:
1) Express which takes 4-5 working days of delivery and applies to ALL countries.
2) Standard which takes 9-12 working days of delivery and applies to ALL countries.
3) Free Standard Shipping for orders larger than $250! and applies to ALL countries.
 
All orders are dispatched using a DHL Express or UPS Express which will require a signature, Sunday To Thursday 06.00 - 1.30pm (GMT).

Orders will usually be dispatched within 3-4 business days but a 7 day allowance should be considered during our high sales period because preparation may take slightly longer.  

Orders prepared in a standard time period will be shipped via standard DHL or UPS and delivered in 5-6 business days after the parcel is shipped.

Delayed orders will be shipped via express DHL and delivered in 2-3 business days after shipping. 

We try to make sure that our standard order preparation + delivery period will be 9-12 business days after the date you place your order.

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.
 
INSURANCE
Annah Hariri insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Annah Hariri and transfer responsibility in the same way.
 
TAXES & DUTIES
For all orders from our online store, the customer will be responsible for any Import and Clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This is operated by our courier UPS or DHL Express on a 'pay on delivery' basis. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
During high seasons and during periods of special offers, customers from selected countries will have an option of paying customs taxes and duties at the moment when placing order online. Shall you select and pay taxes via this option, you will not be charged any additional or extra taxes / duties when the parcel arrives at the country of destination.
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
Under Internet selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Annah Hariri, If you have not yet received your order, please contact info@annahariri.com  as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
 
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order.
Orders with custom-made measurements must be cancelled within the same day they are placed.
If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above so we can process your refund. We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned exclude shipping costs.The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
 
Refusing or not accepting to receive the shipped order
Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to Annah Hariri, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Annah Hariri in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways) as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to ANNAH HARIRI.

RETURNS POLICY

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty,or for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt & subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.* The parcel can take up to 12 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 2 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days or receipt, so we can process your refund.

Kindly e-mail us at info@annahariri.com before sending your order for return or exchange. We will guide you on how to proceed. Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence.
 
The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until it reaches us. Ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel and shall you be required to declare the value of the parcel, kindly mention the same value as it is mentioned on the invoiced enclosed to the parcel you have received & clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’.. Shall you misplace such invoice, please advise us tore-issue the same for you.
 
*Terms & Conditions: all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on any items if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.
 
EXCHANGE SHIPPING COST
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, you can exchange qualifying items following the below described procedure.
 
Before sending your exchange kindly e-mail our team at info@annahariri.com with your order number and the exchange details. If you're exchanging for a different size or color, we'll cover shipping costs.
 
Annah Hariri will assist you in shipping the item back for the exchange: Annah Hariri has Locker Offices worldwide. After having received your e-mail with a request for an exchange, you will be provided with the shipping address details. The item (s) will be shipped via our preferred courier.
Once the exchange option is used by a customer, there is no another exchange or refund is applicable.
The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until it reaches us. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.
 
All product packaging and invoices must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
 
If you choose to return the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
 
Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method with door-to-door delivery e.g. POBOX delivery is excluded. Kindly return the item to the following address:

Annah Hariri can also assist you in returning the item via our preferred courier at the best rates. If you return an item using Annah Hariri preferred courier, and the reason for return is not a result of an Annahariri.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact Annah Hariri team to guide you through the process and the fees.
ANNAH HARIRI  will not reimburse the customer for the cost of return shipping costs.
 
REFUNDS
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs.
 
If the date on your credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please Note It is not possible to refund to a different card. the refund to the old card number will credit, the funds will transfer to the correct account, though it may take longer than normal. If your Bank have been issued a new card as a replacement for the old card (but still linked to the same account) .
 
If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Please note, in the case of a full refund being demanded, all complementary items received within the package must be returned too. If your item was a part of a promotional package, for e.g.. Buy one get one free; the free item must also be returned, otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount initially due. 

All returns are processed in order of arrival. Once received, a return may take up to 7 working days to be processed or more during busy and sale periods.

Customers will receive an email notification once their return has been processed (please check your Spam/Junk folder for this automated message). Kindly note, once a refund has been completed by ANNAH HARIRI, the time frame it can take to appear in your bank account will depend on your bank's policy. As a general guideline, funds may take up to 10-14 days to appear in your account once a refund has been issued.
 
Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER
From time to time ANNAH HARIRI will offer free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our email updates. free shipping promotions will be applied at check out, Please note, in the case of a full refund being demanded, Annah Hariri in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the shipping charges (25$).
 
BUY 2 GET 1 FREE OFFER
Refund is not applicable for orders made BUY 2 GET 1 FREE/ Only Exchange is eligible. CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
A client holds full responsibility of providing correct measurements to Annah Hariri Team. In case of a custom made item return, the client shall bear the costs of delivery and 30% of the item (s) price.
Please note that due to incidents of measurements being incorrectly provided, the minimum length of the custom-made item(s) is 140 cm, min sleeve length is 61 cm. Shall a customer request shorter than 140 cm and 61 cm length respectively, the item(s) will be still cut as per above standard length. 
 
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
Under the United Arab Emirates selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Annah Hariri, If you have not yet received your order, please contact info@annahariri.com  as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.

INCORRECT GOODS/FAULTY PRODUCT RECEIVED
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact info@annahariri.com  immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
