Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST. Our warehouse is located in New Jersey, and it follows the same holiday and transit schedule as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders will not be shipped or in transit on certain holidays. We do not ship on weekends. If you place your order over the weekend or after business hours, it will be processed for shipment on the following business day during normal business hours.
Shipment Timeframe
If you place your order before 1:30 pm EST (Monday-Friday), your order should ship the same day, dependent on busy holidays, inclement weather, carrier delays, and inventory count days. Some orders will be shipped after 4-7 working days as some items need to be arranged from different warehouses. Additional shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will be displayed at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose.

All orders ship from New Jersey. ground shipping takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on where you are located in the U.S. Shipping times can vary due to inclement weather, production delays, availability, or the summer/holiday season. Very rarely is an order delayed past the estimated shipping time.
We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers will be responsible for any import and clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees, including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
We offer expedited shipping options contingent on UPS, FedEx, or USPS and their shipping practices. Please take this into consideration when you are upgrading to expedited shipping. You can estimate the cost and delivery time during checkout and see all shipping options.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, or Puerto Rico is available, but additional shipping charges apply. Please note that we cannot ship PBC's or PBX's to APO/FPO addresses.
Refusing or Not Accepting Shipped Orders
Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to Annah Hariri. Annah Hariri in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways) as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order, a new order will need to be placed.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment. We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to ANNAH HARIRI.
