The ANNAH HARIRI Reward Points scheme is a way of showing our appreciation for our customers by rewarding you each time you shop on our online store.
NOTE: to enjoy with the Reward Points Program you will need to register! Placing order as guest will not make you earn points!
You will earn 10 points for every 1 USD Dollar that you spend (excluding shipping). For example, for the dress of 159 USD you will earn 1590 points.
For every 1500 points you earn you will receive $15 to spend on your next purchase.
For every 2500 points you earn you will receive $25 to spend on your next purchase.
For example, if you have earned 8000 points you can redeem 5 vouchers of 15 USD value:
8000points :1500 voucher = 5 vouchers of 15 USD value. You will have 75 USD to use for your purchase. The remaining balance of 500 points will be carried over.
Customers can still earn points for purchases that are paid for with Gift Cards.
You will be given the option at checkout to enter the number of points you wish to redeem against the cost of your transaction. You can choose to redeem all of your points or spread them across different transactions.
4. Add Points:
Add points when orders reach the following status(es): Order Fulfilled.
Subtract points when orders reach the following status(es):
Order Refunded or Cancelled (whichever occurs earlier)
For "Order Refunded", points will always be subtracted according to the actual amount refunded.
5. Refer-a-Friend and Earn!
Give your friends a special 10% Off coupon for their first purchase. This option is available on the website. Earn yourself a 10% Off reward for every successful referral.
Note: friends must purchase using their special coupon code for you to receive a reward.
Once your friend completes the purchase, you will be automatically sent the 10% discount code.
We would like to advise that we have two types of shipping:
1) Express which takes 4-5 working days of delivery and applies to ALL countries.
2) Standard which takes 9-12 working days of delivery and applies to ALL countries.
3) Free Standard Shipping for orders larger than $250! and applies to ALL countries.
All orders are dispatched using a DHL Express or UPS
Express which will require a signature, Sunday To Thursday 06.00 - 1.30pm (GMT).
Orders will usually be dispatched within 3-4 business days but a 7 day allowance should be considered during our high sales period because preparation may take slightly longer.
Orders prepared in a standard time period will be shipped via standard DHL or UPS and delivered in 5-6 business days after the parcel is shipped.
Delayed orders will be shipped via express DHL and delivered in 2-3 business days after shipping.
We try to make sure that our standard order preparation + delivery period will be 9-12 business days after the date you place your order.
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.
Annah Hariri insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Annah Hariri and transfer responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
For all orders from our online store, the customer will be responsible for any Import and Clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This is operated by our courier UPS or DHL Express on a 'pay on delivery' basis. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
During high seasons and during periods of special offers, customers from selected countries will have an option of paying customs taxes and duties at the moment when placing order online. Shall you select and pay taxes via this option, you will not be charged any additional or extra taxes / duties when the parcel arrives at the country of destination.
Under Internet selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Annah Hariri, If you have not yet received your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order.
Orders with custom-made measurements must be cancelled within the same day they are placed.
If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above so we can process your refund. We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned exclude shipping costs.The cost of return and care of the package are your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
Refusing or not accepting to receive the shipped order
Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to Annah Hariri, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Annah Hariri in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways) as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to ANNAH HARIRI.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
A client holds full responsibility of providing correct measurements to Annah Hariri Team. In case of a custom made item return, the client shall bear the costs of delivery and 30% of the item (s) price.
Please note that due to incidents of measurements being incorrectly provided, the minimum length of the custom-made item(s) is 140 cm, min sleeve length is 61 cm. Shall a customer request shorter than 140 cm and 61 cm length respectively, the item(s) will be still cut as per above standard length.
