WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Our Warehouse hours + location:  
 
  • Our office is open Mon-Fri9am to 6pm EST. Our Warehouse located in New Jersey - USA.
  • Our warehouse follows the same holiday and transit schedule as UPS. Orders will not be shipped on or in transit on certain holidays We do not ship on weekends.
  • If you place your order over the weekend, or after business hours, it will be processed for shipment on the following business day during normal business hours.   
My Shipment: 
 
    •  If you place your order before 1:30pm EST (Mon-Fri)your order should ship same day. *Dependent on busy holidays, inclement weather, carrier delays, and inventory count days.  
  • Shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will display at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose. 
  • If shipping outside of the U.S. use the shipping quote locator during the checkout process for a shipping rate estimate.  
  • Orders ship via UPS from our warehouse in New Jersey. Shipping is dependent on your location. See UPS delivery time map below for more details

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?  
  • All orders ship from New Jersey. Free ground shipping takes 1 to 5 days, depending on where you are located in the U.S. *See UPS shipping map for details or shipping estimate at the time of checkout.  
  • Shipping times can vary due to inclement weather, production delays, availability, or the summer/holiday season. Very rarely is an order delayed past the estimated shipping time.  
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?  
  •   Shipping rates, options, and estimated delivery will display at the time of checkout depending on the location and service you choose. 
  • If shipping outside of the U.S. use the shipping quote locator during the checkout process for a shipping rate estimate.  
  • ANNAH HARIRI works to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping possible. We will do our best to accommodate or answer any concerns about shipping.  
DOES ANNAH HARIRI SHIP TO ALASKA, HAWAII, APOS OR PUERTO RICO?  
  • Yes, additional shipping charges apply.
  • Please note We cannot ship PBC's or PBX's to APO/FPO addresses.
DOES ANNAH HARIRI SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?  
  • We ship worldwide via UPS.  International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?  
  • Our expedited shipping options are contingent on UPS and their shipping practices.  Please take this into consideration when you are upgrading to expedited shipping. 
  • Estimate cost and delivery time during checkoutand to see all shipping options.  
 

TAXES & DUTIES

For all orders from our online store, the customer will be responsible for any Import and Clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This is operated by our courier on a 'pay on delivery' basis. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. During high seasons and during periods of special offers, customers from selected countries will have an option of paying customs taxes and duties at the moment when placing order online. Shall you select and pay taxes via this option, you will not be charged any additional or extra taxes / duties when the parcel arrives at the country of destination.

 
 
Refusing or not accepting to receive the shipped order
Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to Annah Hariri. Annah Hariri in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways) as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.
We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to ANNAH HARIRI.
